Due to being an extremely large load on the server, HLStats was removed in October 2012.
... it was just a lot of load on the database, with little benefit. It was just a constant activity into the database, and the hlstats database was bigger than all the other databases I have on the server combined. 7G is pretty big for a database, and having to seek over that was a bit of a burden.
